Terms of Service for Tablu
Effective Date: July 12, 2026
Welcome to Tablu — we're glad you're here. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Ravcon Ventures LLC, the company that operates Tablu ("we," "us," "our"), covering how you can use the app. We've tried to write them in plain English, because we think you should actually be able to read what you're agreeing to.
By downloading, accessing, or using Tablu (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If something here doesn't work for you, please reach out with questions, or don't use the app.
1. What Tablu Is
Tablu is an app that helps you track expenses and transactions. You enter your own financial data, and Tablu helps you organize and understand it.
2. Your Account
To use Tablu, you'll create an account with your name and email address. You're responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- Anything that happens under your account
- Providing accurate information when you sign up
If you think your account has been compromised, please reach out right away — we're happy to help.
3. Your Data
You're responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the expense and transaction data you enter into Tablu. Tablu is a tool to help you organize the information you give it — we don't verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of anything you enter, and we're not responsible for decisions you make based on it.
4. Subscriptions and Pricing
Tablu offers the following plans:
- Free: a free tier with limited features and usage caps.
- Pro Monthly: $3.99/month, billed on a recurring basis.
- Pro Annual: $24.99/year, billed on a recurring basis.
- Lifetime: a one-time payment of $59.99 for lifetime access to Pro features.
Subscriptions and purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change; we'll give notice of price changes to existing subscribers where required by law or app store policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
5. Refunds
- Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable. Since the Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase granting permanent access, we don't offer refunds once the purchase is complete, except where required by law.
- Monthly and annual subscriptions follow the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, whichever you used to purchase. Refund requests should go to Apple or Google directly, since we don't have the ability to issue refunds for platform-billed purchases ourselves.
6. Acceptable Use
We ask that you don't:
- Use Tablu for any unlawful purpose
- Try to gain unauthorized access to Tablu's systems, other users' accounts, or data
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code, except as permitted by law
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's functioning or servers
- Use the app to store or transmit data you don't have the right to enter
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. We'll make reasonable efforts to let you know if this happens. You can also delete your own account anytime from the app's settings, which deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Ending a subscription (by us or by you) doesn't entitle you to a refund except as described in Section 5.
8. Service Availability
We work hard to keep Tablu running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.
9. "As-Is" Disclaimer
Tablu is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be free of bugs or interruptions, or that it will meet your specific needs.
Tablu is a personal finance organization tool, not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. For advice specific to your situation, please talk to a qualified professional.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Tablu — even if we've been told such damages were possible. Our total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms or your use of the app won't exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
Some places don't allow these kinds of limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Changes to the App and These Terms
We may update Tablu's features and these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change to these Terms, we'll let you know through the app or by email. Continuing to use Tablu after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent update.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Tablu will be resolved in accordance with U.S. law.
